CoverGirl Natureluxe : BzzAgent Campaign Review (Edited on 4/29/11)
I am a BzzAgent (if you aren't go to bzzagent.com and join, it is SO worth it!).
Anyways, I was selected to try out the new CoverGirl Natureluxe foundation and lip balm.
The foundation color I chose to try was flax #310 (I am very fair skinned!) and the lip balm they gave me was Spice.
The lip balm looks really nice! It feels like I am wearing lip gloss though and it kind of rubs off a little bit everytime I take a sip of my drink. That really is the only bad thing. It is just a little bit though, not a lot, and the color still looks good. Boy I was wrong! That lip balm comes off sooo fast! Yikes! =O
The foundation doesn't look cake-y. lol. It feels really smooth when I put it on, and it blends real nice with my skin. It covers pretty nicely, which I ALWAYS have a problem in finding. I am going to keep using and see if it keeps living up to this =)
My overall opinion is that its a lot better than products I have used in the past, such as CoverGirl TruBlend foundation. I definitely prefer this over that foundation and will probably throw that out.
The lip balm is not that great. It came off REALLY fast. I definitely am going to stick with Maybelline's 24 hour Super Stay. It so far, has NOT been beaten, and does not come off at all! I love love it!

So I have been trying the CoverGirl Natureluxe foundation. I have to applaud it, its really nice and smooth when you put it on. I am very light skinned, so it is hard to find something that actually covers things and acts as a foundation for me and not look like its just caked on. I can honestly say this does the trick, and I can keep touching my face without it getting all oily, which was really nice! (My face gets oily really fast so I really liked that!)
The spice lip balm I was given however, failed my test. It smelled like lipstick, which I could live with because it didn't have that strong lipstick smell. But, it started coming off on my fingers and on my drinking glasses. Then all of a sudden I look in the mirror a couple hours later - GONE! Very disappointing. I do NOT recommend this lip balm, unless you want to keep reapplying. It feels like you are wearing lip gloss, but it comes off like cheap lipstick. Not my cup of tea.
Overall I gave it a 3 because of the foundation, the only thing that saved this line from CoverGirl. Hopefully they come out with something soon that saves this horrendous move!!

Aquolina "Pink Sugar" Perfume
I received a sample of this from Sephora, so of course I had to try it!
It smells really good! Like a really nice sweet sugary smell! Not like you are wearing candy, but a refreshing smell. I definitely have to stop at Ulta on my trips today (since I am heading to The Christmas Tree Shops) to see if Ulta is carrying it. It almost reminds me of "Circus" by Britney Spears.
I like these kind of bright, sugary, refreshing smells. It just really wakes me up and makes me fall in love!

Purex with Zout!
I am a Purex Insider and was able to try this amazing detergent firsthand!
What I thought...
I really liked the smell first off, but of course I always love the smell of Purex, which is why its my "go to" detergent!
I always pre-treat a bunch of my clothes so I really liked not having to take that extra time out to do that and just dump all my clothes in with the detergent.
Now the real test, does the "with Zout" part really work? And I have to be honest, I was skeptical because I have tried products like this before and was disappointed. But this was not one of those cases!
I am happy to report it actually worked! It got all the stuff I would have pre-treated out! Do you know how happy this made me? EXTREMELY happy!!!
Now for the best part!! I am able to give two lucky people a chance to try this awesome detergent as well. Please comment here with one of your laundry "must dos" (such as I MUST pre-treat ALMOST everything!! Boy, is it hard to break that habit!!) and also like Purex on Facebook! I will announce the winners on April 30th, 2011.

Cheap Rice at Wegmans!
Wegmans has Uncle Ben's Ready Rice in a pouch on sale for $1.59.
If you use the $.75 off 1 package you will only pay $.09!! They will double that $.75 coupon to $1.50! I also combined this deal and grabbed some fresh beef. There was a coupon in the inserts for $.75 off fresh beef when you buy any Uncle Ben's white or brown rice product. That also double to $1.50! So I only paid about $1.50 or more for a pound of fresh ground beef! You can't beat that!!
They also have boxes of the Purina One Beyond cat food for $2.79, this would be FREE with the FREE coupon that was in the inserts as well.
Me and my boyfriend got some great deals and we splurged a little!!

Some light shopping today..
I am heading to Victoria's Secret to use my Secret Reward cards. Sadly, they are just $10 a piece. Its fine, I get a free water bottle with any pink purchase! I can't wait to go!! =)
I need to look over my grocery store ads for this week, I am in need of restocking my fridge! I have Wegmans and Tops, so those will have to do! I will update later if I find some good deals there!
I took advantage of the ponytail deal at Rite Aid yesterday. The Scunci 18 count ponytails were $1.99 then you get $1.99 +up. I couldn't pass up free ponytails!! I am always losing them, forever needing them, and always running out!

Does everyone know about Kraft First Taste?

Britney's "Femme Fatale"
So I purchased Britney's new album "Femme Fatale" on Tuesday when it came out for $7.99 at Best Buy! The 12 tracks on it are not disappointing. I think Britney and I are getting to that same place in life. We both are wanting to go out and wanting something to have fun to. It definitely is one of her better albums and I cannot stop listening to it!! I like the majority of the tracks, I think I only skip over 1, maybe 2, but for sure just 1 because I do not really care for it.
Otherwise, if you are a Britney fan, grab this album, put it in your car, and turn up the volume! It is an instant mobile night club! Lol =)
